My name is Caroline Karp and my obsession with all things food has led me to creating this blog, The Eatery by CK. I must confess, I don’t eat offal and I don’t like mincemeat, but I will eat almost anything else.
I love cooking, I love plating food, I love produce and I’m a strong believer in eating as much organic food as possible.
My other obsession is with health and I try to create a lifestyle whereby I can enjoy a tremendous amount of food that is both delicious and nourishing, counteracted with loads of exercise of course!
I hope to be able to provide the basis for a good understanding of nutrition and health to my daughter so she can grow up with a healthy passion for good food.
My one true vice is TOO MUCH wine. I love it and living in arguably the best wine region in the world, well, all I can say is that I have been spoilt with good wine all my drinking life!
This blog will contain all things food and wine… From restaurant reviews (mainly in South Australia) to recipes, information about feeding and nourishing children, top places for exceptional produce, what’s in season, and anything else I think is interesting.
